EYESHADOW:
Due to the high pigment we suggest using a light touch at first with the tip of your finger or a small flat eye brush. Make sure to tap into the eyelid until desired effect. For an even more pigmented effect you can apply glitter adhesive before applying the pigment.
We suggest you use the glitter pigment on TOP of our Diamond dust highlighter pigment.
For more colorful effect use the same color of eye base before applying glitter pigment.
